Park Ridge Chamber seeks nominations for Community Stars
Nominate someone you know who goes above and beyond to support our community.
The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the 2016 Community Star Awards.
The awards will be presented at “A Night of Stars” during the Annual Community Star Dinner & Dance on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at Chamber member, Café La Cave in Des Plaines. Awardees and nominating organizations will be notified in advance and Awardees must agree to be present for the award ceremony in order to be a recipient.
Criteria for the Community Star award includes going above and beyond the call of duty by volunteering time, talent and/or resources to the community; implementing sustainable change for the benefit of our community; or leaving an exceptional, lasting lifetime impression as someone others admire and respect.

Nomination forms must be received by email to the Chamber no later than noon on Thursday, December 15, 2016, in order to be considered, according to Gail Haller, Executive Director. Please send email nominations to info@ParkRidgeChamber.org.
