With City Hall Being Closed ... How do I Pay My Water Bill?

To pay your water bill online please go to www.parkridge.us/waterbill.

Instructions for paying online can be found here.

Two exterior payment boxes are available at City Hall:

1. Drive-up payment box is located in the visitor parking lot on Courtland Ave.
2. Walk-up payment box is located at the front door of City Hall.

Please note, in light of COVID-19, late fees and water shut offs have been suspended until further notice.
