A wickedly enchanting witch greeted visitors at Park Ridge Civic Orchestra's table at the"Taste" business expo and will appear again at National Night Out on August 5th in Hodges Park. Delighting parents and children alike, PRCO's green-painted ambassador anticipates the orchestra's Halloween Concert for All Ages on October 29th at the Pickwick.
