Digital Building Permit and Project Management Now Offered!
The Community Preservation & Development Department is now offering digital building permit applications and review. This process will ultimately provide quicker turn-around time for applicants and improve the City’s customer service. Those desiring to submit a building permit application online may do so here. Note that you will need to establish an account with login and password. Once the account is created, you will be able to review the status of all of your permit applications, inspection scheduling and inspection status in real time. This feature should prove particularly beneficial for contractors or other applicants who manage large numbers of permit applications or construction projects.
