Battery in Store

A white male in his 30s attempted to leave a store in the 900 block of W. Touhy Avenue with merchandise that he did not pay for. When a witness confronted the man and grabbed his arm, the man pusher her and removed the items from his clothes. The incident happened on July 8 at 7:45 p.m.

Phone Taken

A white woman in her 20s asked about a case for her phone in a store in the 100 block of Northwest Highway on July 6 at 4:50 p.m. The woman looked at display phones and removed a Blackberry phone from the store leaving the back cover behind. The woman left in a Chevy Malibu and was wearing a bright pink hoodie and jean shorts.

Copper Theft

Someone removed 1,000 feet of copper from a construction site in the 200 block of W. Touhy Avenue sometime between July 6 and July 8.

Gas Pumped But Not Paid For

A white male in his 50s complained to a clerk at a gas station in the 1100 block of W. Touhy Avenue that the gas pump was not working. The person then pumped more than 9 gallons of gas into a silver Ford Mustang and left without paying. The incident happened on July 9 at 5:10 p.m.
