Park Ridge Police Blotter: Burglaries Reported; Car Stolen

The following information was provided by the Park Ridge Police Department. When an arrest is referenced it should not be considered a conviction.

Lock Cut

A garage in the 2500 block of Archbury was burglarized on Sept. 7. A lock securing a bicycle to a pole was cut and the bicycle stolen.

Garage Burglary

Two men entered an unlocked garage on Sept. 10 in the 1900 block of S. Courtland and began removing money from the vehicles inside the garage. The men left in a vehicle northbound on Courtland.

Car Stolen

A 2008 Nissan Altima was stolen from a home in the 1000 block of S. Seminary street on Sept. 9 or Sept. 10.

Suspicious Incident

A man with a young boy approached a juvenile in the 1800 block of S. Vine Street and asked him if he needed a ride home. The juvenile said no and left.

Window Shot by BB Gun

A restaurant in the first block of S. Northwest Highway had a BB shot through a window on either Sept. 6 or Sept. 7.
