Report: Teens Struck By Cars in Separate Incidents
The Park Ridge Herald-Advocate reported that two Park Ridge teens were struck by vehicles in separate incidents on Aug. 16.

Two Park Ridge teenagers were struck by vehicles while riding bicycles on Aug. 16 in separate incidents, the Park Ridge Herald-Advocate reported.
A 13-year-old boy was hit near Oakton Street and Cumberland Avenue. The newspaper reported that the boy was responsive, but transported to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital with some injuries. In the other incident, a 13-year-old boy was hit by a small truck on Prospect Avenue. The newspaper reported that both boys are expected to recover from their injuries.
