Tapas Restaurant El Tapeo Hosts Specialty Thanksgiving Dinner

Known for its authentic Spanish cuisine and endless selection of small plates and main courses for sharing, El Tapeo, located on the ninth floor Le Méridien Chicago – Oakbrook Center, 2100 Spring Road, invites guests to put down the dishes this year and enjoy a Thanksgiving feast crafted by Executive Chef Michael McDonald on Thursday, November 26. From a delicious, seasonally inspired menu to specialty autumn cocktails, El Tapeo puts a spin on the traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

Chef McDonald’s Thanksgiving menu offers Extra Virgin Olive Oil Basted Turkey Breast with Sage Pan Gravy, Polenta Celery Bread Stuffing, Iberico Bacon Brussel Sprouts with Sherry Gastrique, and Citrus Thyme Cranberry Sauce ($35 plus tax and gratuity). The meal is perfectly paired with El Tapeo’s Hibiscus Autumn Spice cocktail ($13), a rich blend of Cinnamon, Anise and Fig Infused Vanilla Vodka with Apple Cider and Hibiscus. El Tapeo’s regular dinner menu will also be available. El Tapeo will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving. (Reservations are required).
