This month the Twentieth Century Club's guest speaker will be Jennifer Brennan of the Chalet Nursery in Willmette. Jennifer, a degreed horticultural expert, will demonstrate how we can create our own holiday decorations and evergreen planters.Jennifer has appeared on many local radio and television programs, including the Oprah Winfrey Show and Channel 7 News with Tracy Butler, and is a well-known regional lecturer on ornamental horticulture.The meeting will be held on November18, at 1:00 p.m. at the Park Ridge Presbyterian Church.Guests are welcome with a $2.00 guest fee. Refershments will be served, and there will be a free raffle of a holiday decoration.

Rosemont Uncorked returns to Parkway Bank Park in Rosemont on June 6–7, 2026, with two days of outdoor wine tasting, live music, and easy access from Chicago and the suburbs.
