Winterfest returns on November 23

Get in the holiday spirit and celebrate with the Park Ridge community at Winterfest.

Winterfest is a great way to celebrate the holidays with family and friends!

Businesses and stores throughout Park Ridge will stay open late to welcome visitors with warm hot cocoa and special treats. A visit from Santa, live reindeer and elves, carolers and trolley rides in the beautifully decorated Uptown and South Park areas of Park Ridge add to the fun evening. Just in time for the holidays!

Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce, City of Park Ridge, and Park Ridge Public Library invite you to enjoy a traditional Park Ridge Holiday Celebration!

South Park Shopping Area
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

- Visit the merchants in South Park for Open House Treats.
- Live Reindeer & Santa’s Elves in the PNC Bank parking lot at 607 Devon
- Fire Station #35 at Cumberland/Devon open house. Enjoy light snacks & refreshments. See the 2017 Firetruck Engine #35!
- See the luminaries along Prospect & Courtland set up by the Boy Scouts and City.

Uptown Park Ridge
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Santa arrives on Firetruck at City Hall at 6pm, meets Mayor Marty Maloney, and visits with children until 8:30 pm in City Hall
- Trolley sponsored by the Shops of Uptown will circle Uptown. Local historian, Karen Larsen will give historical commentary about Park Ridge.
- The Willow Academy Chamber Choir in Renaissance gowns
- Visit Uptown merchants for Open House treats!
- Get your commemorative photo at the RE/MAX Holiday Photo Booth, 37 S. Prospect!
- Listen to the lovely carols sung by The Willow Academy Chamber Choir in Renaissance gowns; Girl Scouts and Brownies will be caroling. All carolers welcomed to sing throughout Park Ridge!
