Officers from Bradley University Police helped locate his vehicle on West Main Street. Anyone with information is urged to contact Peoria Police or Crime Stoppers, with anonymous tips accepted.
3. Peoria teen accused of threatening a judge, faces additional time behind bars (centralillinoisproud.com) — An 18-year-old Peoria resident is now charged with threatening a judge while already jailed on an aggravated discharge of a firearm case, and could face consecutive prison sentences if convicted on both counts. Authorities say the alleged threat came in a phone call after the judge ordered him held, and he remains in custody awaiting further court action.
4. Real estate sales in Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford counties for Aug. 29, 2026 (bluewaterhealthyliving.com) — If you're watching the Peoria-area housing market, this roundup details recent home and commercial property sales of $78,000 or more in Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties.
