PEORIA, Ill.– Genghis Grill is causing a stir in Peoria.

The nation’s leading create-your-own bowl concept has announced that the new Peoria location will open its doors on January 21st, in the Shoppes at Grand Prairie. Genghis Grill Peoria will mark the restaurant’s entry to the Midwest, the first location in Illinois and the first new location to open since 2019.

The brand is actively awarding locations to qualified individuals who are looking to get in on the ground floor of a refreshed, reenergized concept. Depending on the geography, the size of the store, the configuration of the store and several other determining factors, the investment per store ranges from $346,600 to $973,500.
