Chesterbrook Academy Students Raise $330 to Adopt Polar Bears
In honor of Earth Day, students held a bake sale to raise enough funds to adopt a polar bear family through World Wildlife Fund
Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Bloomington recently raised more than $330 to adopt a polar bear family through World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in celebration of Earth Day. Students worked together to make baked goods for a bake sale to raise funds for the organization in exchange for the symbolic adoption. Their donation will support WWF's global efforts to protect wild animals and their habitats. Chesterbrook Academy teaches the importance of caring for nature at an early age.
