City Provides Draft Guidance For Restaurants And Bars

With the Governor’s recent announcement that bars and restaurants will be able to have temporary outdoor accommodations in the next phase of reopening, Peoria County has provided the below DRAFT documents for guidance. Final documents will be posted next week, but these draft documents will provide guidance on temporary outdoor expansion.

Please note that these are draft documents for the below categories:

• Expansion Onto Private Property
• Expansion Onto Public Sidewalks
• Expansion Onto Publicly Owned Sidewalks

Establishments with existing liquor licenses may serve alcohol in the temporary expanded area after notifying the Peoria County Clerk at countyclerk@peoriacounty.org.
