Peoria 2020 Neighborhood Reception Postponed

The 2020 City of Peoria Neighborhood Reception, scheduled for Thursday, March 19th, 2020, has been postponed. The Community Development Department is committed to the health and safety of our neighborhoods and their leaders and felt that rescheduling the reception would be a reasonable preventative measure for the public health of our community. Award recipients will be honored at a future event.

“The Neighborhood Reception is a time for the City to recognize our great residents. Just to be cautious, postponing the reception to a later date will ensure all residents feel safe and comfortable attending the event. We appreciate all the work our citizens do to continue to make Peoria a great place to live,” said Joe Dulin, Assistant Community Development Director.
