Peoria Development Center Gives Priority To Permits And Plans For Essential Services
Staff at the City of Peoria Community Development Department continue to serve the public through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Staff at the City of Peoria Community Development Department continue to serve the public through the COVID-19 pandemic although there is no public access to City Hall. Permit applications and plans that fall within the scope of essential services in Governor Pritzker’s “Stay at Home” Executive Order will take priority over other applications to limit the transmission of COVID-19 in our community.

Customers and contractors can continue to submit applications for permits and submit plans for future projects to the Development Center through email at CommunityDevelopment@peoriagov.org.
