At the April 27 Daily Press Briefing at the Peoria City/County Health Department, Mayor Ardis, stating that his office had received numerous calls and emails about reopening by county/region, provided an example of a recovery plan from Adams County in Western Illinois. The Adams County Plan present 4 phases that they will use to reopen their county and businesses. This was provided as an example of what another downstate county is planning as they navigate the Executive Order.
