Alyce H. Buzduhanov, 96, of Plainfield
Alyce leaves a legacy of love to all who knew and loved her.
Alyce Helen Buzduhanov, of Plainfield, IL peacefully passed away at her home in Plainfield, IL on June 24, 2026 surrounded and very much loved by family.
She was the beloved mother of daughter Cindy Lou Buzduhanov, daughter Gail Ann Coyne (Dale), son Charles Frank Buzduhanov (Valerie), and her son Bruce Edward Buzduhanov. The very loving grandmother of Brandi Reece (Justin), great grandmother to Jacob and Mason Reece and her granddaughter Katie Buzduhanov-Yusypyuk (Ivan), great grandmother to Eleanor and Ellyson Yusypyuk. She was predeceased by her loving husband Frank Buzduhanov, her mother Alma Kral and her father Charles Kral.
Alyce was the center of her family’s life and will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. Her passion for gardening and her displays of amazing flowers throughout the years were very much a part of her caring spirit and compassion for others.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 29, 4:00-8:00 PM at Overman-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, corner of Routes 30 & 59, Plainfield, with funeral services to be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 30th at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at St. Mary Immaculate Cemetery, Plainfield, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
