Boaters found part of an arm with tattoos — including a skeleton holding a Green Bay Packers helmet and an unknown number or letter — on Sunday evening. The investigation was turned over to ISP at the request of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office, officials said.

Investigators turned to the public Monday to ask for help identifying the remains.

On Wednesday, state police announced that they'd identified the victim as Turner.

"At this time, ISP is no longer requesting additional tips, and there is no threat to the public," police said Wednesday.

The agency said it does not have additional information to share about the investigation but that "additional updates are forthcoming."
