CenterPointe is a new church in south Plainfield. Those involved in its beginning are excited to introduce themselves to the community in which they serve. Find more information at http://www.cpwired.org/ or on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/cpwired.
CenterPointe Church officially launched its ministry with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on April 14, 2011, followed by Grand Opening celebration events on April 16 and 17.
This new church is dedicated to partnering with neighbors, businesses and agencies to improve their neighborhoods. Acts of service are carried out with the same heart Jesus had while He was on earth.
CenterPointe intentionally creates opportunities where people can safely and comfortably explore who Jesus is. Life 6:8 Groups are safe places to get to know others, learn about faith and participate in acts of justice and mercy.
Worship services are held at 10am on Sunday mornings. Nursery care is provided and kids are inspired to love Jesus in CP Kids, an energetic preschool and elementary program.
Guests are welcome to experience life with CenterPointe. The Sunday gathering includes inspiring music, teaching and time to connect with others. Serving opportunities in the community are plentiful for those who want to participate.
CenterPointe is located at 16108 S. Rte 59 in Plainfield, just south of Renwick Road in the shopping center behind the Burger King.
