Recently the firm represented a family with 2 working parents that fell on hard times due to medical expenses and child-care costs.  Despite having an income above the Illinois median, M. Hedayat & Associates was able to secure a fresh start for the family through Chapter 7 bankruptcy.  Thanks to the firm’s decisive action, the family was even able to avoid interference from a U.S. Trustee who tried to avoid confirmation of the case.  The firm handles bankruptcy cases from people of all walks of life, but none are more fraught with consequences than those involving hardworking families.
