April Election Will Bring At Least Two New Faces to Plainfield Village Board
One of two incumbents not seeking re-election.

There will be at least two new Plainfield village board members come spring, with only one of two incumbents filing for the April 7, 2015 election.
Seeking re-election is trustee Bill Lamb, who has served on the board since 2005.
Meanwhile, Paul Fay, a board member since 2003, did not file for re-election, according to a list of candidates released by the village clerk’s office.

A vacant seat on the board, previously held by trustee Dan Rippy, is also up for election. Rippy resigned in November after winning a 12th District circuit court judgeship.
As filing ended Monday, the following candidates have also tossed their hats into the ring, according to the clerk’s office:
