Award-winning Author Geralyn Hesslau Magrady to Visit Plainfield Library March 2

Soon-to-Be-Famous Illinois Author Award winner Geralyn Hesslau Magrady will visit the Plainfield Library on March 2 from 7 to 8 p.m.

Geralyn Hesslau Magrady, author of “Lines” and winner of the Soon-to-Be-Famous Illinois Author Award, will visit the Plainfield Public Library for a book signing on Thursday, March 2 from 7 to 8 p.m. The Library is located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

“Lines” is a historical fiction novel that takes place in 1871 and centers on class struggles after the Great Chicago Fire. As the story unfolds, readers will follow the journey of Livia Haas, who must find her strength during the city’s transition.

During her book signing event, Magrady will talk about “Lines” and answer questions from the audience. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
