Beyond BBQ at the Plainfield Library July 6

Community members can learn new recipes and improve their grilling skills, on Wednesday, July 6 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

Summer is the best time to fire up the grill. Chef Maddox demonstrates great ideas and winning recipes for casual dinners beyond the basic burger. Tasting and recipes for a delicious cookout included. Registration begins June 1 at 9:00 am.
