Saints Face Falcons In Must-Win Situation
My take on the Saints/Falcons match up. Enjoy.

Intriguing Game- Week 13
Saints (5-6) at Falcons (10-1)
Saints- After th 0-4 start, the Saints have won five of their last seven games and have been a much improved football team under interim head coach Joe Vitt. They’ve ran the ball efficently averaging 144 yards a game but their biggest problems still remain on defense except when they get to the red zone, that’s when I feel they’re at their best. Last week was a very tough loss for the Saints. A chance to get their record to .500 for the first time all season long and the opportunity slipped right through their hands. Tonight, they travel to Atlanta to face a team who they’ve had success against in 11 of their last 13 meetings. Can the Saints get their record to .500 with a win tonight?

Falcons: The other day I was asked a question as the playoff picture continues to form itself. Who in my opinion is the biggest pretender among the playoff teams today? I said the Falcons because their biggest weakness is their playoff weakness. I’m not denying the fact that this isn’t a good football team but they always have a good regular season then don’t show up come playoff time and they will continue to be pretenders until they prove a lot of people wrong. This is a huge game for the Falcons as they look to snap their losing ways against their biggest rival. With a win tonight and a Buccaneers loss on Sunday, the Falcons will clinch the NFC South. Will they prevail?
Prediction: Every game now for the Saints is a must win game. They need to enter each game with a playoff mindset these remaining weeks and they’ll look to sweep the two meeting with the Falcons for the second straight year. The Falcons need another statement win and I feel a win over the Saints would be huge. I like the Saints to get it done tonight. Saints 34 Falcons 28
