Bring the Holiday Spirit to Village Green with a Tree from the Plainfield Park District!

Don't be a Grinch in this 90 degree heat! Plainfield Park District is turning Village Green Park into Whoville this holiday season and we're asking for the community's help!

We are seeking businesses and community groups to purchase and decorate a tree this winter. Trees can be decorated by groups on November 26 from Noon until 4:30p. Decorated trees will be on display at Village Green Park Beginning November 26 until first week of January.

Cost for trees is $85 per tree if ordered before August 30; $95 after August 30. Application forms can be downloaded at www.plfdparks.org

Tree Lighting Ceremony begins at 5:30p at Village Green Park, 24121 West Chicago St., Plainfield. Application forms are due by November 11.
