Calling All Crafters for our Holiday Craft Fair & Bake Sale Saturday, November 5 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Save the date for the Fifth Annual Holiday Craft Fair in the St. Mary Immaculate Gym. Crafters of all kinds will be selling their handmade and homemade creations on Saturday, November 5 from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Come find unique holiday gifts, concessions, bake sale, and raffle tickets for a chance to win cool items from our fabulous crafters! Last year over 1,000 people came through the event. Crafter booth spaces are available and we are now taking applications on a “first come, first serve” basis. In order to keep some “healthy” competition and variety among crafters we do limit the number of crafters selling the same type of items, so get your application in early. Also note this important crafter information: · Booth Fee is $30.00 per space plus a donation from your wares valued at $10.00 for our raffle. · Electricity spaces are $40.00 per space plus the item donation for our raffle, but spaces are limited, so please call for availability before submitting your application. Crafters must supply their own electric extension cords. · Booth Space is 10’ wide x 6’ deep (2 chairs included with booth space rental). · Tables are available for rental for $5.00 per 8-foot table. · Booth Set up time is Friday evening 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p. m. or Saturday morning from 6:30 a.m.-7:45 a.m. All crafters MUST be set up by 8:00 a.m. when doors open to the public. · Handmade/homemade items only!
