Chmura Wins Plainfield Firefighters' and Paramedics' Endorsement for Village Trustee

Firefighters and paramedics union says Chmura would work with all levels of government and oppose initiatives undermining public safety.

Mark Allan Chmura, candidate for Plainfield Village Trustee, is proud to announce that he has been endorsed by the Plainfield Firefighters and Paramedics, Local 4560.

Local 4560 states: “Mr. Chmura is willing to work with all levels of government, and opposes initiatives which would undermine the needs of our fire district as it provides for public welfare and safety. He is committed to quality community service, understands the needs of our growing community, and appreciates the grave responsibility and honor of service to the public.”

“I am very proud to have the support of Plainfield’s brave first responders. Being a firefighter myself, I have always believed that police, fire and emergency medical services (EMS) are essential services of government.” Chmura states.

He continues: “Our first responders go to work each day willing to sacrifice their lives for the protection of the citizens of Plainfield. I am honored that they recognize my willingness to guarantee the public safety needs of our community. Making sure that residents and the business community feel safe and secure in their homes and at work are top priority.”

Mark Allan Chmura is a full-time firefighter in Naperville, currently holding the rank of captain. He also has an emergency management background, holding numerous certifications in specialty fields of public safety.

The consolidated election for Plainfield Village Trustee is April 7t, and both the Plainfield Professional Firefighters and Mark Allan Chmura ask you to vote and let your voice be heard.
