Middle Tennessee State University student Colin McClendon of Plainfield was named to the dean's list for the spring 2023 semester. McClendon, who is majoring in Media & Entertainment, was among 5,430-plus students who made the list.
To qualify for this distinction, an undergraduate student must maintain a current semester grade-point average of 3.5 or above and earn at least 12 semester hours.

University of Iowa 2023 spring semester president's list honorees announced
More than 1,100 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa were named to the president's list for the 2023 spring semester.
President's list status was earned by only 93 first-year undergraduates during the 2023 spring semester at Iowa; only 249 second-year students; only 294 third-year students; and only 539 fourth-year students.

Plainfield student makes Mississippi State University's spring 2023 deans' list
Dominic Muscarnero, of Plainfield, IL, was named to the Mississippi State University spring 2023 Deans' List.
Muscarnero was among more than 2,300 students named to the spring 2023 Deans' List.
To be named to the deans' list, a student must have achieved a grade-point average between 3.5 and 3.79, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of coursework with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.
