Dr. Fayeza Mohammed joins Edward Medical Group in Plainfield
Dr. Mohammed, a family medicine physician, is accepting new patients at the EMG office on the Edward Plainfield campus.
Fayeza Mohammed, DO, a board-certified family medicine physician, has joined Edward Medical Group’s (EMG) office at 24600 W. 127th St., Suite 100 in Plainfield.

Dr. Mohammed received hers medical degree from Midwestern University, and completed her internship and residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Lincoln Park. She is a member of the American Board of Family Physicians and American Academy of Family Physicians.
