Incidents occurred between Jan. 17 and Jan. 24.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Jan. 17
Alexander Taylor, 22, of the 12900 block of S. Banford Ln. in Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content over .08, aggravated speeding, no valid registration, moving violations, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of cannabis under 30 grams and possession of drug equipment. The arrest occurred at W. 135th and S. Van Dyke Rd.

Jan. 20
Dylan Beketic, 21, of the 26000 block of W. Stewart Ridge, was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driver and passenger safety belt violations, improper passing and no driver’s license on person. The arrest occurred at W. 127th and W. Rt. 30

Nicholas Patitucci, 22, of the 19300 block of W. Janet Ave. in Romeoville, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and driver and passenger safety belt violations. The arrest occurred at W. 127th and W. Rt. 30.
Jan. 21
Jeffery Spino, 50, of the 15200 block of S. Freedom Way in Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and hit and run. The arrest occurred at W. Lockport and S. Van Dyke Road.
Jan. 22
Bradley Goffinet, 23, of the 100 block of Sedgewicke Dr. in Romeoville, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, equipment violations, possession of cannabis less than 30 grams and possession of drug equipment. The arrest occurred at S. Naperville Rd. and S. Weller Dr.
Jan. 24
Scott Agnich, 33, of the 4300 block of Bell Rd. in Minooka, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without lights, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. The arrest occurred at S. Joliet Rd. and W. Renwick Rd.
