PGA professional Dick Barr will be offering a Rules of Golf seminar. Dick Barr is a certified rules official for the Illinois Section PGA. The seminar will educate golfers on the rules of the game; each rule will be discussed. The seminar also will include lunch and a USGA rules book. Designed for those ages 12 and up.
