Winter Break Camp Registration Deadline is Dec. 6

Dec. 6 is the deadline to register for Plainfield Park District's Monday-through-Wednesday winter break camps for school-age kids Dec. 20 to 22 and Dec. 27 to 29.

Kids "Time Out" for Fun is for kids ages 5-12. Participants will be kept entertained with holiday crafts and games. Camp hours are flexible to accommodate holiday schedules. Participants can enroll in morning (9 a.m.-noon), afternoon (1-4 p.m.), or full-day (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) sessions.

Half-day sessions are $21 for residents and $31.50 for nonresidents. Full-day sessions are $42 for residents and $63 for non-residents.

Enroll in the full six-day program and save.The resident fee is $168 and the non-resident fee is $252. Kids "Time Out" for Fun will take place at the Recreation/Administration Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St. in Plainfield.

Leadership Camp is for teens 13-15. Participants will learn the skills necessary to become a good leader and achieve success. Full-day sessions (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) are $42 for residents and $63 for non-residents.
