Community members and book lovers are invited to a program on Thursday, September 21 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

Join author Thea Rosenbaum as she discusses her fascinating life in the memoir/biography, No Place for a Lady, covering her time as a child in Berlin to working as a journalist in the Vietman War. Books available for purchase. Hardcover books $20, paperback $15. Author requests cash or check.
