Find Out About Food Labels at Green Village Program Feb. 8

Community members are invited to a Green Village series program called "Just the Facts: Understanding Your Food Labels," on Monday, Feb. 8.

Community members are invited to a Green Village series program called “Just the Facts: Understanding Your Food Labels,” on Monday, Feb. 8 from 7 to 8:45 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

At the program, attendees will learn about GMOs, sugar substitutes, the difference between organic and conventional food, and more, all taught by Stefanie Rock of Favor the Earth.

This program is put on in partnership with the Village of Plainfield.
