Health Inspection Report: Frank's Night Out

PLAINFIELD, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Frank’s NIght Out Aug. 30 for a routine inspection. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 85 and a corrected score of 91 once immediate fixes were made.

Some of the items out of compliance were:

• Employee drink on table.
• Employee not wearing hair restraint.
• No thermometer in freezer.
• Gaskets soiled.
