Health Inspection Report: Moe Joes

PLAINFIELD, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Moe Joes Feb. 1 for a routine inspection. It received a sanitation score of 79/100 and a corrected score of 87 once immediate fixes were made.

Some items out of compliance were:

• Utensils stored in stagnant water.
• Dented can of jalapeno slices (discarded).
• Some items unlabeled in walk-in cooler.
• Employees not wearing hair restraints.
