How To Get Free Chick-Fil-A, Free Slurpees On Tuesday
Tuesday is 7-Eleven Day and "Cow Appreciation Day."
Enjoy some freebies on Tuesday as two events — Chick-Fil-A's "Cow Appreciation Day" and the annual 7-Eleven Day — coincide. To mark the date, 7/11, the convenience store chain, is giving away free small Slurpees from (you guessed it) 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Over at Chick-Fil-A, you can get a free entree, but there's a catch: You have to show up in "cow attire."
The Chick-Fil-A promotion is good on breakfast, lunch and dinner items from open until 7 p.m. Tuesday. "Cow attire" can be anything from a complete cow costume to a cow-themed purse or other accessory; cow ears, masks and cow bells are also approved attire. Children in cow-themed clothing will get a free kids meal. The company said it gave away around 1.6 million free items to customers in cow-inspired clothing last year. More than 2,100 locations are participating; find one near you here.
Over at 7-Eleven, Free Slurpee Day has been a tradition for more than a decade. The chain is urging customers to tag photos of themselves and their free frosty treat on social media with "#7ElevenDay." The giveaway will continue while supplies last, and customers at some locations will be able to try the new Cotton Candy Slurpee. To find the 7-Eleven store nearest you, click here.
