It's starting to look a lot like a sellers market!

It's amazing how fast the houses are flying off the shelves here in Plainfield!  (and just about everywhere else too!)

Anyone out there who's in the market to buy a new home knows that there is no fence sitting allowed in this market.  Especially traditional sales!  Buyers don't want to wait for 3rd party approval so buying a "non" short-sale property is even more appealing right now. 

Sellers can expect shorter market times, higher offers, and multiple offers in this market if they are priced right.  Low interest rates are just another added benefit for the allure of buying a house this year!

I have been a licensed real estate agent in Plainfield since 2007.  It looks like this is going to be a great year for real estate.
