It's Turkey Drop Time In Plainfield: Leave Donations At The Moose
Donate a frozen bird on Nov. 18 at the Plainfield Moose.
PLAINFIELD, IL — Help area families in need have a Thanksgiving meal by taking part in the annual Plainfield Turkey Drop, sponsored by the Plainfield Moose and the Ford family, which launched the effort in 1999. Donated turkeys will benefit the Plainfield Interfaith Food Pantry, Green Harvest Food Pantry and Plainfield District 202 Bags of Hope.
Drop off frozen turkeys from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Plainfield Moose, 16310 S. Lincoln Highway.
