It's a Variety of February Events at the Plainfield Park District!

February 5: Family Game Night (program #36405A1): From 6:30-7:30p, Let the games begin! Parents can challenge their kids during this fun Game Night! Everyone will have fun playing new games like giant Jenga, Connect 4, Kerplunk and more! Find out who wins the parents or the kids! Event cost is R $12/NR $15 per person, this program geared for kids ages 3-10 w/parent. Event is located at the Plainfield Township Community Center, 15014 S. DesPlaines Street, Plainfield.

February 13: Pony Kissing Booth (program #32725): Snap a one of a kind Valentine’s Day picture at our pony kissing booth! Stop by the clubroom before or after your special smooch to make a valentine for your favorite horse. Refreshments will be provided as well. Event cost is R/NR $8 per person, this program geared for kids ages 3 and up w/parent. Event is located at the Normantown Equestrian Center, 12151 S. Normantown Rd., Plainfield.

February 15: Laser Quest (program #33501A1): It’s President’s Day and school is out! Get your friends together for some laser tag fun! We will be going to Laser Quest in Downers Grove, trip includes transportation, and 2 games of laser tag. Bring along a sack lunch to enjoy between games. Call, text, tweet your friends and sign up for this fun trip! Event cost is R/NR $20 per person, this program geared for kids ages 11-17 from 10:30a-2:30p. Bus will leave from the Rec/Admin Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St., Plainfield. Registration deadline is February 10.

February 19: Daddy Daughter Dance (program #36401A1): Treat your daughter or favorite little girl to a special night out that she will never forget! The Plainfield Park District’s annual Daddy/Daughter Dance (program # 36401A1) is Friday, Feb. 19 from 6:30- 8:30p. The event for girls ages 3-13 (with Dad, Uncle or Grandpa) will take place at Heritage Grove Middle School, 12425 S. Van Dyke Rd. A DJ will play music, crafts and refreshments will be available. The cost is $20 per couple for residents and $25 per couple for non-residents. Additional siblings are $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents. The registration deadline is February 15.
