Jeric's Skate Contest Returns To Plainfield's Bott Park
Grab your skateboard and head over to Gregory Bott Park next month.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Grab your boards and get ready to catch some air at Gregory B. Bott Park, 24550 W. Renwick Road, on Sept. 8. That’s when Jeric’s Skate Contest returns to the Plainfield Park District from noon to 4 p.m.
Each rider gets to perform a one-minute qualifier run to showcase their best rail slides, ollies and any other tricks they can conjure for the judges and spectators. Top scorers will then skate in a second, deciding round.
Same-day registration begins at 11 a.m., with the contest starting at noon. A rain makeup date is set for Sept. 15. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
