Learn How to Use Will County Resources for Genealogy at the Plainfield Library on March 8
Those interested in their family histories are invited to a program that will teach them how to use Will County resources.

Those interested in their family histories are invited to a program that will teach them how to use Will County resources for genealogy on Tuesday, March 8 from 7 to 8 p.m., at the Plainfield Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.
Plainfield Librarian Tina Beaird will teach attendees about Will County’s governmental records that are scattered between courthouse offices, archives, libraries and historical societies across the county. She will also advise participants on the best strategies for tracing their family tree. This program is a part of this year’s Great Read.
