Liberty Tax Service sued for incompetents
Liberty Tax Service is being sued in Will county Court on Wednesday for mistakes made on taxes.
On December 5th 2018 Liberty Tax Service is being sued for mistakes made on a tax return. The plaintiff is suing for penalty’s and interest being charged by the IRS because of the mistakes made on their 2016 taxes.
The case will be herd at the Will County Court house at 9am in room 111.
