Library to Host Book Club Party on December 1

Book lovers and community members are invited to the second annual Plainfield Book Club Party, on Thursday, December 1 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

Mingle, enjoy light appetizers, and exchange ideas and book suggestions with other clubs’ members. Test your book smarts with fun games for prizes. One lucky group will win a book discussion kit courtesy of Penguin Random House. If your group would like to share their favorite title, email your selection to kkohn@plainfieldpubliclibrary.org by November 28. Registration is required. Sponsored by Friends of the Plainfield Public Library.
