Library to Host LGBTQ Parents Night on Aug 1

The parents in the community are invited to join in on a conversation about LGBTQ, on Monday, August 1 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

Finding out that your child is gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or question can foster new emotions, experiences and challenges. Licensed school counselor Jeff Wood leads this conversation with parents.
