Library to Host Showing of Hot Pursuit on August 5

The public is invited to a showing of the movie, “Hot Pursuit,” rated PG-13, on Friday, August 5 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

Time for a comedy starring Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara. A police officer is assigned to protect the widow of a drug dealer. The ladies go on the road to escape the bad guys. Doors open at 12:30.
