Library to Re-Open July 8: What You Need to Know
Only 20 visitors will be allowed in the building at a time.

The Plainfield Public Library District will be reopening to the public with limited services beginning Wednesday, July 8.
“We know many members of the Plainfield community are excited to come back to the library,” said Library Director Lisa Pappas. “We are thrilled to be opening our doors, but we are being very cautious in how we go about allowing the public back into the building.”
The library will be operating on a modified schedule. The building will be open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“Please be patient with us as we reopen. We know none of this is ideal. Our goal is to keep everyone who enters our building safe,” said Pappas.
