Local Book Club Members Invited to Party at Plainfield Library Dec. 9
Book club members are invited to meet other groups at the first-ever Plainfield Book Club Party Dec. 9 at 6 p.m. at the Plainfield Library.
Book club members are invited to mingle with and meet other groups at the first-ever Plainfield Book Club Party on Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in Plainfield.
The party will give members the opportunity to exchange ideas and give book recommendations. Attendees can mingle, enjoy light appetizers, and everyone will take home a free gift.
All groups will be entered into a drawing to win a book discussion kit of Melanie Benjamin’s new book, The Swans of Fifth Avenue, courtesy of Penguin Random House.
