Master Your Photography Skills at the Plainfield Park District!
The Plainfield Park District has an abundance of adult photography classes for all abilities to enjoy in the upcoming months!

Introduction to Photography (program #64139A1) running Tuesdays February 3-17 from 6:30-8:30p in the Rec/Admin Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St., Plainfield. Whether you use a point and shoot camera, digital SLR or the new Four/Thirds format camera, we will help you understand your camera, build your photography confidence and help you develop the skills to get the photographic results you want from your camera. Designed for the novice photographer, the only prerequisite is that you know how to turn your camera on and off. This is a hands-on class with weekly photo assignments and professional feedback on your photos. Class is geared toward adults ages 18 and up. Cost R $54/NR $67 per person.
Digital Photography 201 (program #64141A1) running Tuesdays March 3-17 from 6:30-8:30p in the Rec/Admin Center. This course is created for any amateur photographer who has an understanding of the basics of photography but who wants to take their skills to the next level! Class is geared toward adults ages 18 and up. Cost R $66/NR $82 per person.
Advanced Photography Workshop (program #64141A1) running Tuesdays April 7-21 from 6:30-8:30p in the Rec/Admin Center. Course workshop is for the very experienced photographer. Participant must be able to understand exposure settings, basic composition and lens selection. In this course we teach you how to recognize and manage a variety of complex and challenging lighting situations. Class is geared toward adults ages 18 and up. Cost R $66/NR $82 per person.
